Clifford Gouldson Lawyers is pleased to advise that Carly Brailak was appointed as a Director of the firm effective from 1 July 2025.
Carly joins directors Harrison Humphries, Amanda Tolson, Danny Clifford and Ben Gouldson.
She joined CGLaw in September 2019 and has been a critical member of the property and business transactions practice area as a Special Counsel over the past nearly six years, Carly has firmly cemented her reputation for responsive and quality work in the Toowoomba legal market.

“She is highly regarded as a leading property lawyer in Toowoomba and has particular expertise in property development projects of all types,” he said.
“This is reflected in her position as a committee member of the Toowoomba branch of the Urban Development Institute.”
Carly said: “I’m really excited about the opportunity to join the existing directors leading Clifford Gouldson into the future and I’m grateful for the trust that has been placed in me.
“Despite having practised as a lawyer for quite some time already when I arrived at CG Law, I have learned so much in the last six years and I’m looking forward to learning and growing further and to making a greater contribution to the firm.
“No doubt this will involve challenging myself in this new capacity as I take on management as well as practising responsibilities.
