Commercial law firm Mahoneys is has announced two promotions that took effect on 1 January 2026:
Nicola Richards is being promoted to Associate and Liam Boudin to Senior Lawyer.
Nicola is an experienced litigator who specialises in commercial, partnership and property disputes.
Admitted as a solicitor in 2019, Nicola gained experience in a boutique commercial and tax firm before commencing practice in litigation.

Liam is an experienced property lawyer who specialises in body corporate law.
Admitted in 2021, Liam started his legal career on the Gold Coast as a body corporate lawyer. Liam has also gained experience in planning and environment law, construction and infrastructure acting mostly for private sector clients.
