Sheelagh Gray
Sheelagh Gray has accepted the position of Head of Section – Tax, Structures + Planning. Her expertise covers succession planning, superannuation and estate planning, including wills, enduring powers of attorney, advanced health directives and any other estate planning documents.
Angela Pratt
Angela Pratt has accepted the position of Special Counsel, Workplace Law. She has over a decade of experience practising exclusively in all aspects of industrial relations, employment law, anti-discrimination matters and the Fair Work Act and its predecessors.
David Thiel
David Thiel has been promoted to associate. He works in the Commercial + Property Law Team and has demonstrated technical performance in a broad range of matters, including leasing, commercial business sales and purchases and rural transactions.
Ebony Archer
Ebony Archer has been promoted to associate. She works in the Workplace Law Team and works on matters such as navigating the exit of employees, assisting with unfair dismissal applications and negotiating settlements.
Simon Playford
Simon Playford has been promoted to associate and been appointed Head of Bolter, CGLaw’s startup and emerging business practice area. Simon’s expertise lies across the variety of legal areas necessary to get new businesses, side gigs and startups up and running.
