Business Centre counter closures

The following Department of Resources business centre counters in the Greater Brisbane area will be closed during the Greater Brisbane 3-day lockdown from Tuesday 30 March 2021 to Thursday 1 April 2021:

  • Caboolture Business Centre (4/33 King St, Caboolture)
  • Ipswich Business Centre (Level 4, Icon Building, 117 Brisbane Street, Ipswich)
  • Beenleigh Business Centre (32 Tansey Street, Beenleigh)

53 Albert Street Brisbane drop-box facility available

The drop-box facility at Level 11, 53 Albert Street Brisbane will remain available during the 3-day lockdown period.

eLodgement and eConveyancing

Existing eLodgement and eConveyancing lodgement channels remain unchanged and are continuing to operate on a business-as-usual basis.

Lodgement by post

Lodgement of documents can be done through the post, with no additional fees charged for this service.

All documents lodged through the post are to be sent to Brisbane Titles Registry Office, GPO Box 1401, Brisbane QLD 4001.
