Lachlan has practised in commercial litigation and dispute resolution for the past five years in Melbourne and Brisbane before relocating to the Gold Coast in 2019.
He has provided general commercial and dispute resolution advice to various public and private companies across Australia, Asia and the United States. He has particular interests in administrative law litigation and judicial review proceedings, intellectual property and patent disputes, as well as in construction and infrastructure contractual disputes.
