KLM Solicitors (KLM) has announced two staff promotions and one new appointment.
Rhys Foster has been promoted to Associate – criminal law.

Rhys was practising as a criminal defence lawyer before joining KLM in 2020. In his new role with the firm, he will split his time between KLM’s Brisbane CBD, Nundah and Cleveland offices to work with clients and mentor other team members.
Rachel Stuart has been promoted to Senior Associate – family law.
Rachel Stuart
Rachel has worked on family law matters with the firm since 2020. She has played a critical role in the firm’s business development, including mentoring staff and streamlining communication processes.
KLM has also recently appointed Candice Bell to Senior Associate – family law.

Candice joins the firm with over three years’ experience in family law, and will mentor fellow legal practitioners and support staff at the firm’s Maroochydore office.
