Three receiverships terminated

The Queensland Law Society Council has terminated the appointment of receivers for three law firms:

• Harris Sushames Lawyers, Loganholme (commenced 23 April 2020, completed 14 February 2022).
• Devery Solicitor, Ashmore (commenced 13 April 2021, completed 14 February 2022).
• Delta Law Pty Ltd (in administration), Wynnum (commenced 15 April 2021, completed 14 February 2022).

Notices of the terminations have been authorised by the QLS General Manager, Regulation, under Section 527 (2) of the Legal Profession Act 2007.
