Kione has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation, and was recently lead Senior Associate in the firm’s defence of dam operator Seqwater, the Queensland floods class action litigation. She also plays a key role in authoring King & Wood Mallesons’ annual ‘Class Actions Year in Review’ report, a data-driven analysis of themes, trends and issues within the field.
