Katrina’s practice includes licensing and commercialisation of intellectual property, alliances and joint venture arrangements, establishment of franchise systems, general contracts law and commercial and corporate law. She also advises on privacy and franchise compliance, advertising law and domain name disputes.
Thomas Gardner has been promoted to Senior Associate (Corporate).

Thomas joined Thomson Geer as a law graduate in 2017, and most recently as an Associate with the firm has gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, takeovers, ASX compliance, corporate finance and restructuring, legal due diligence, commercial and cross border transactions.
