Kate advises international and domestic clients across the energy and resources, infrastructure, government and transport sectors, with a primary focus on Australia and Asia. She has broad experience acting for financiers and sponsors on energy and infrastructure projects, which includes advising borrowers on their corporate financing requirements, sponsors with respect to greenfield projects in South-East Asia and Australia, and developers of major infrastructure projects.
