Nicola Davison and Kelsie Condon have both moved from Davison Law to Arthur Browne & Associates.
Nicola is now Principal at Arthur Browne & Associates.
Nicola has extensive experience in all areas of personal injuries, including many years of managing complex personal injury claims. She also has a strong interest and significant experience in medical negligence matters.
Kelsie has been promoted to Senior Associate.
Kelsie has extensive experience across several practice areas including succession law, estate planning and estate administration. She also has a strong interest in rural and commercial law, and can advise on the purchase and sale of rural properties, as well as preparing wills and enduring powers of attorney.
Simon Turner has moved from Connolly Suthers Lawyers to Arthur Browne & Associates, and is now Principal at the firm.
Simon has more than 40 years’ legal experience in North Queensland, the majority of this time as Partner at Connolly Suthers Lawyers. He practises in all areas of personal injuries and for more than two decades has been a QLS accredited specialist in this practice area.
Jenna Simpson has been promoted to lawyer at Arthur Browne & Associates.
Jenna worked as a paralegal at the firm for more than 14 years prior to completing her law degree and being admitted as a solicitor. She acts in estate administration matters, wills and succession planning.
