Applications are being sought for the role of President of the Mental Health Review Tribunal.
Among the requirements for the role are at least seven years’ experience as a lawyer, as well as a demonstrated record of outstanding leadership at a CEO or equivalent level in challenging environments.
Applicants should also have a demonstrated high level understanding and commitment to the objects and principles of legislation impacting on people with a mental illness or intellectual disability, including the Mental Health Act 2016, Forensic Disability Act 2011 and the Human Rights Act 2019.
Applications are required by 5pm on 29 November.
