QCase webinars rolling out

Court and Tribunal Services Queensland will host a series of upcoming webinars this month to support the profession using QCase.

From Monday, 19 August, a series of short webinars will be presented on the functionality of the new civil case management system.

The webinars will be hosted via Microsoft Teams and all Queensland Law Society members are welcome to attend.

Each session will provide a step-through guided demonstration and a live Q&A addressing common feedback and issues provided by practitioners.

Webinar 1 will focus of registering as a user, general navigation and self-help tools, notifications, access to cases including access request, join a case and public access. Webinar 2 will look at creating cases and lodging documents, payments, useful information.

Proctor readers have been asked to submit feedback on the functionality of QCase for their firm and/or to report any system bugs, by emailing QCase.feedback@justice.qld.gov.au.

Feedback will be used by Court and Tribunal Services to inform webinar sessions and other material aimed at helping court users to have an improved user experience.
