Practitioners can attend a welcome ceremony for His Honour Judge Philip McCarthy KC and Her Honour Judge Dzenita Balic on Wednesday, 4 September, at 9.15am at the Banco Court, Brisbane.
If the Banco Court reaches capacity, Court 3 on level 3 will be available as an overflow courtroom to view the ceremony.
Morning tea will be served after the ceremony in The Gallery, outside the Banco Court.
The ceremony will be livestreamed.
The District Court judges began their appointments on Monday, 26 August.
