The Women Lawyers Association of Queensland (WLAQ) will host one of the state’s highest-ranking public servants at its Breakfast Club next week.
Jasmina Joldić, Director-General, Department of Justice and Attorney-General, will be guest at the monthly gathering in Brisbane.

Jasmina – who could speak no English when she arrived in Australia from war-torn Bosnia two decades ago – is the youngest female and the first woman from a culturally and linguistically diverse background to hold the Director-General position.
She received a Public Service Medal for her leadership in delivering critical services to Queenslanders during COVID-19.
