Talking evidence at chilled session

Junior lawyers took the opportunity to hear all about evidence preparation at an informal event in Brisbane earlier this month.

Evidence. Chat. Chill had Brisbane barristers Jason Dudley, Peter Sams and Genevieve Feely talking through the common pitfalls of preparing evidence, and sharing stories of witnesses going rogue.

Queensland Law Society’s Future Leaders Committee facilitated the session at Law Society House on November 15.
