Katherine Smallshaw
Katherine’s career is marked by a strong commitment to excellence, leadership and continuous honing of her knowledge and skill as a family lawyer.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2016 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2017 and the High Court of Australia in 2018. Katherine also completed her Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law and Wills and Estates in 2022.
Since joining Pullos Lawyers in 2018, Katherine has been an integral part of the firm. During her time as a Senior Associate at Pullos Lawyers, Katherine took on a strong leadership role, mentoring many of the younger lawyers as well as taking on broader management responsibilities within the firm.
She practises all aspects of family law, including parenting arrangements, property settlement matters, divorce and separation, child support matters and domestic violence.
Katherine is also a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland, Queensland Young Lawyers Association, and Women Lawyers Association of Queensland.
