Cairns firm, The Will & All, is pleased to announce that Kerrie Wood has now joined the firm as Associate Solicitor.

Since her admission in 2019, Kerrie has worked almost solely in succession, but her experience in commercial and general practice enhances the firm’s capacity to service its succession law clients.
Kerrie has extensive experience in all aspects of succession law, and has a particular interest in estate planning and litigation.
Before her admission, Kerrie worked in various capacities in the Cairns legal community.
She currently serves as committee member and Vice President on the Far North Queensland Law Association, where she has been involved in developing community projects, CPD and networking events for the benefit of the Cairns community.
Also Arabella Kullack joined The Will and All late last year as Special Counsel.

She has practised solely in succession law for more than a decade in both boutique and national law firms before coming to The Will and All. Arabella completed her Bachelor of Laws at James Cook University in 2011, and Masters of Applied Law (majoring in Wills and Estates) in 2016.
Arabella has lectured in succession law at Central Queensland University since 2021, and is a board member of the Cairns Community Legal Centre.
In recent years, Arabella’s practice centred predominantly around estate litigation matters including family provision applications, contested probate applications, estate administration disputes and statutory wills, however she has a strong background in estate planning and estate administration matters.
She has previously led state-based and national teams, across multiple jurisdictions. In 2023 Arabella received the Emerging Leader Award at the Queensland Law Society’s Excellence in Law Award Gala.
