Global law firm Clyde & Co has announced the hire of Janine Clark as Partner, joining the firm’s casualty practice.
Janine spent over a decade practising in London where she gained experience working with large corporations, syndicates, motor and public liability insurers with particular emphasis on large loss and catastrophic injury.
She has a focus on personal injury claims, third-party property damage including contribution and recovery claims, and coverage disputes.
Janine will form part of Clyde & Co’s casualty claims defence practice, which acts for insurers and their policyholders across the full spectrum of claims.

Janine is a committee member for the Association for Women in Insurance Queensland and ranked by Best Lawyers 2025 for insurance law.
