Titles Queensland advises that revised fees (FY25/26) will take effect from 1 July 2025.
This revision is in accordance with Section 14 of the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 (‘the Act’) – available here.
Titles Queensland’s online fee calculator will be updated to reflect these changes ready for 1 July 2025.
