Formerly a Partner at Rostron Carlyle Rojas (RCR) Lawyers, Magistrate Kuskie started his appointment at the Rockhampton Courthouse on 6 June.

RCR Partner Greg Rostron said: “The partners at RCR Lawyers are extremely proud that another of our peers has made it to the bench.

“Whilst we will miss Peter’s banter and good humour around the office, we feel that Peter is well suited to the position of a Magistrate.

“Peter is a well-rounded lawyer with experience in many commercial and criminal matters.

“Peter has great character and morals, and his sense of fairness will serve him well as a Magistrate. We wish Peter well.”
