Isabella Clements (workplace relations and safety) and Elyse Staunton (insurance) have been promoted to Associate.
Melissa specialises in both commercial and retail lending and has an in-depth knowledge of settlement transactions across all eight Australian states and territories. She began her legal career at CGW in 2002 and completed her law degree while working with the firm.
Her dedication has been instrumental to the success of CGW’s banking and finance team over many years.
Jaimee-Lee advises on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, rural, agricultural, industrial and residential properties, property development, leasing, technical property advice work and equine agreements.
Sophia provides legal advice and support to domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial issues, including transactional matters, corporate governance, structuring acquisitions, disposals, and lender and borrower finance.
Elyse delivers legal advice and claims management support in a range of workers’ compensation and CTP matters, working alongside partners and senior lawyers in the firm’s insurance workgroup.
Isabella provides practical, commercial advice on all workplace relations and safety issues including employment disputes, such as underpayment and unfair dismissal, discrimination and adverse action matters and workers’ compensation.
