Samantha Butler
Samantha has previous experience in government, in-house legal and operational human resources/industrial relations roles.
Her vast experience ensures she is well placed to advise our clients, from a range of industries and not-for-profits, on employment and industrial relations matters.
Eliana is a dual-qualified solicitor in Queensland and Colombia.
Eliana Lozano
In Colombia, Eliana advised on corporate governance as well as mergers and acquisitions for medium to large private organisations.
After moving to Brisbane, she began working in employment law, providing advice and litigating workplace disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, and violations of workplace rights.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Eliana also volunteers at Caxton Legal Centre.
