Moray & Agnew in Queensland acquired Greenwoods Law, an established commercial law firm in Cairns, this week.
Greenwoods Law has been providing legal services to the Cairns business community for more than 44 years.
The Moray & Agnew team in Cairns will look after clients in the property, commercial and wills and estate practice areas after the acquisition on 1 July.
Partner Andrew Kerr, head of the Moray & Agnew Cairns office, said: “We have been working closely with David Greenwood and Barbara McQuillan to ensure a smooth transition for clients with minimal disruption, and are excited by the opportunity.
