The Department of Justice is seeking input from courtroom stakeholders on how it can improve digital access to Queensland’s courts.
The department has launched a survey with the results set to influence its next steps for technology installation and renewal in the courts.
The survey will canvass a range of technologies, including videoconferencing systems, digital evidence display units, hearing assistance tools, sound systems and video recording technology.
The Queensland Courts Technology Feedback Survey is open until 1 March 2026 and takes approximately 10 minutes. Every response is beneficial, whether it highlights areas of strength or opportunities for improvement.
Additional detailed feedback about specific courtroom technology or a particular location can he provided by emailing DSPTransition@justice.qld.gov.au.
Your input is highly valued and will help ensure that Queensland Courts and Tribunals remain at the forefront of technological advancements.
