Attwood Marshall Lawyers has appointed Hayley Condon as a Partner, recognising her expertise, leadership, and commitment to supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments.
Ms Condon has more than 20 years of legal experience. She joined Attwood Marshall Lawyers in 2015, after developing her practice at Charles Cooper Lawyers and Primrose Couper Cronin Rudkin.
She heads up the family law department and oversees and mentors the estate planning division of the wills and estates department.
Legal Practice Director Jeff Garrett said Ms Condon’s appointment to partnership was a natural recognition of her contribution to the firm and to her clients.
“Hayley embodies everything we value as a firm,” Mr Garrett said.
“She is an exceptional lawyer, but more importantly, she is someone who truly cares about the people she represents.
“Family law in particular requires strength, empathy, and resilience, and Hayley brings all of that to her role every day.
“We are incredibly proud to welcome her to the partnership.”
Ms Condon said the appointment marked a significant milestone in a career she had been building since she entered the legal profession in 2002.
“This is the culmination of over 20 years of dedication to a career in law, particularly in family law and estate planning,” she said.
“Looking ahead, my goal is to keep building on the strong foundations we have in both family law and wills and estates departments, so we can continue helping people through some of the most difficult periods of their lives and give them confidence their affairs are in order for the future.”
Her areas of practice include matrimonial and de facto property matters, financial agreements, parenting disputes, and divorce applications. She also excels in complex estate planning, working with high-net-worth clients and intricate entity structures.
She is based at Attwood Marshall Lawyers’ Robina Town Centre office, and consults from the firm’s Coolangatta, Southport, Kingscliff and Brisbane offices.
