Mullins Lawyers has strengthened its senior capability with the promotion of three lawyers, including the elevation of James Browning to Partner.
Mr Browning joins the partnership after five years with the firm, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate.
A key member of the property and hospitality team, he is recognised for his expertise in commercial property, transactions and development projects. Most recently, he advised BeauGroup on securing tenure for the Gateway Marina project at Burnett Heads – a significant mixed-use development set to transform the region’s waterfront.
The firm has also promoted Bethany Fitzgerald and Joanne de Jesus to Senior Associate.
Ms Fitzgerald, in the family law team, is recognised for her technical expertise across complex parenting and property matters, including high-value settlements and international family law issues.
Ms de Jesus, in the business services team, specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, delivering practical and commercially focused advice to clients.
These promotions reflect Mullins’ continued investment in its people and growth across key practice areas.
