The Federal Circuit and Family Court has issued a Practice and Procedure Update about changes to four family law forms and a template Warrant for Possession.
The Application in a Proceeding, Application in an Appeal, Application – Enforcement, and Notice of Request to Inspect forms have been updated, and a template for a Warrant for Possession is now available.
A grace period for the use of the old versions of these forms will apply until close of filing on Friday, 16 October 2026.
