The Commentary to the Australian Solicitors’ Conduct Rules 2023 has been updated.
The Commentary was originally published in 2014. The substantive update required many hours of reviewing, drafting, checking and editing, by both the solicitors on the Queensland Law Society Ethics Advisory Committee and the QLS Ethics and Practice Centre.
The Society thanks, in particular, Chair Joe Siracusa and Deputy Chair Petrina Macpherson, for their support and work around this project.
The practical Commentary is directed to Queensland practitioners and can be accessed in a pdf version or on the QLS website.
