Current and aspiring mediators are invited to gather next week at a Mediation Coffee Catch-Up in Brisbane.
Delivered by the Queensland Law Society Dispute Resolution Committee and co-hosted by Resolution Institute, the morning event on Wednesday 21 October will examine key findings from the inaugural Mediation Audit Report.
Attendees will also hear from elder law and family law mediators Brian Herd, AMDRAS Accredited Mediator, and Dora Ko, Mediator, FDRP and Parenting Coordinator, during a facilitated panel discussion about the future for mediation and opportunities for practitioners.
This free session at Law Society House, from 7.30am to 9am, is open to Resolution Institute members, QLS-accredited mediators, and QLS members who are accredited elsewhere or are curious about becoming a mediator.
Numbers are capped to support quality discussion. Registrations close 5pm, Friday 16 October.
