Sunshine Coast firm MMLaw has announced the promotion of Dhanya Panikkar to Senior Associate in the firm’s Estate team.
Dhanya Panikkar is an experienced Senior Associate in MMLaw’s Wills & Estates Section. She joined MMLaw in 2010 and rejoined the firm in 2022 after a hiatus to raise her family.
Dhanya practices exclusively in succession law, with particular expertise in estate planning, deceased estates and estate litigation.
She skillfully assists clients with preparing testamentary documentation, navigating issues of will interpretation, and guiding executors through managing estate assets.
The firm says Dhanya’s promotion reflects her “legal acumen, client empathy, resilience in practice and integration into a demanding area of law.”
