Dhanya rejoined the firm in 2022, having had a break from legal practice to raise a family.
Dhanya is experienced in advising and assisting clients manage the administration of a deceased estate, dealing with potential issues between beneficiaries and executors/administrators, testamentary discretionary trusts, superannuation nominations and reviewing death benefit nominations.
