Nominations are open for the Queensland Law Society Outstanding Accredited Specialist Award 2026.
This award recognises the outstanding contribution, commitment, and professionalism of an Accredited Specialist in the Queensland legal profession.
Nominees must be Accredited Specialists who have demonstrated leadership, a commitment to educating the profession, and promotion of the Specialist Accreditation scheme of recognition.
The award will be presented at the Specialist Accreditation Evening on Thursday, 8 October 2026 at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Only peer nominations are accepted. Nominations close at 5pm, Friday 4 September 2026.
Accredited Specialists are also encourage to complete the QLS survey to share perspectives on the Specialist Accreditation Scheme.
The survey takes between seven and 10 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential.
If practitioners complete the survey, they will go into a draw for a $200 gift card.
