Queensland’s Chief Health Officer has issued the Restrictions for Impacted Areas Direction for south eastern Queensland local government areas from 6pm Friday 8 January to 6pm Monday 11 January.
Law firms and legal offices remain an essential business, activity or undertaking during the lockdown in the impacted area. This means law firms may continue to operate but only where the work to be performed is of a nature that cannot reasonably be performed from a person’s prinicpal place of residence.
