Mahoneys Partners has announced three promotions which will take effect from 1 August.
Cath Champion, a member of the commercial team, has been promoted to Senior Associate, while Jarrod Clarke and Francesca Barnes, both members of the litigation team, have been promoted to Senior Lawyer.

Cath has several areas of expertise, including estate and succession planning; commercial, industrial and retail leasing; business acquisitions and disposals, and preparation and negotiation of employment and contractor agreements.
Jarrod Clarke, Francesca Barnes
Jarrod, who was admitted in 2012, focuses on commercial litigation and body corporate and community management law, while Francesca is an experienced commercial litigator focusing on building and construction disputes.
