HopgoodGanim Lawyers has recently announced a new round of promotions.
These new appointments include five Brisbane-based partnership promotions – Justin Raiteri (commercial property), Jon Erbacher (dispute resolution and litigation), Kathleen Coggins (family law), Sasha Sarai (family law) and Fraser Bax (family law).
Justin Raiteri
Justin has experience in a wide range of property matters and has acted in the acquisition and disposal of commercial, retail and residential properties. His focus areas also cover commercial leasing arrangements for retail shopping centre landlords, commercial office building landlords and industrial landlords.
Jon Erbacher
Jon has a particular focus on litigating and resolving disputes in the property, construction, insurance, resources, and sport and leisure sectors. He has experience across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including trusts, shareholders, partnerships and joint ventures and contract disputes.
Kathleen Coggins
Kathleen is a QLS accredited specialist in family law and a member of the QLS Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. She has extensive experience advising on relocation matters, international disputes, family violence, parenting arrangements and separation.
Sasha Sarai
Sasha advises clients on family law matters and has particular experience with international disputes, complex property settlements and spousal maintenance. She is a QLS accredited specialist in family law.
Fraser Bax
Fraser has experience across a range of family law matters, including parenting and child support disputes, property settlements, financial agreements and spousal maintenance.
