Tim is a QLS accredited specialist in commercial litigation and provides advice on litigation and disputes. He has extensive experience in matters involving insolvency and restructuring, along with distributed ledger technology, the enforcement of security interests, misleading or deceptive conduct actions and partnership and shareholder disputes.
Tim is also a Special Counsel in the firm’s dispute resolution and insolvency practices. Under Tim’s leadership, the team has worked on some high-profile digital asset and fintech matters for clients based in Australia and overseas. His clients include investment platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, social media platforms, accounting firms and businesses involved with blockchain applications.
