Ramsden Lawyers has announced three promotions within its Queensland-based team.
Lauren Blud has been promoted to Partner.
Lauren Blud
Lauren started her legal career at the firm as a law clerk almost 10 years ago. During this time she was part of the commercial law team and also established the firm’s first immigration division.
Lauren also sits as fundraising chair on the Board of a Queensland-based corporate charity organisation and was previously a pro bono legal adviser for an Australian mental health not-for-profit organisation.
Lydia Pluim and Sable Mitimeti were both admitted as lawyers last week and will transition accordingly, upon receiving their practising certificates, in January 2023.
Lydia Pluim
Lydia has been with Ramsden Lawyers since 2020 and completed a supervised traineeship at the firm. She has gained experience across different teams, predominantly within the firm’s migration department. Ramsden Lawyers Partner Lauren Blud moved Lydia’s admission last week.
Sable Mitimeti
Sable commenced working at Ramsden Lawyers in May this year where she undertook her practical legal training. She is a member of the firm’s family law department – Ramsden Lawyers Head of family law and Special Counsel Ailsa Day moved Sable’s admission last week.
