Queensland firm Cowen Schwarz Marschke Lawyers has announced the promotion of Ben Nearhos and welcomed solicitors Lachlan Morley, Mackenzie Gunn and Alfred Jackson to the team.
Ben Nearhos
Ben has been promoted to Senior Associate. He joined the firm almost seven years ago and practises primarily in commercial litigation and insolvency law. Ben also presents on insolvency topics at Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association forums.
Lachlan Morley
Lachlan has experience in complex commercial disputes in Australian and overseas courts including class actions, proceedings involving liquidators and receivers, regulatory matters and contractual issues.
Mackenzie Gunn
Mackenzie assists clients in commercial litigation and insolvency matters, having gained experience in litigation in various forums, including Queensland Courts, other state courts and the Federal Court of Australia.
Alfred Jackson
Alfred acts for clients in commercial litigation, general commercial and corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience in a national firm with a focus on corporations, tax and trusts.
