Brittany Engeman has been promoted to Senior Associate at Cowen Schwarz Marschke Lawyers.
Brittany joined the firm almost six years ago with the firm announcing she has proven herself to be “a talented and highly regarded commercial litigation and insolvency lawyer through her work on a number of complex and significant matters”.
“Brittany is a leader within our firm and a trusted advisor to our clients,” the announcement said.
“Brittany’s appointment as a Senior Associate is in recognition of her excellent work and of her role as a mentor and leader within our team.”

Brittany has gained particular recognition for her work in insolvency, including winning the 2024 WIRQ Young Gun award.
Brittany is also a Professional Member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association and a member of the association’s Young Professionals Committee in Queensland.
