Along with his team, Dean said he was excited to become part of a larger firm with wide-ranging expertise, while still providing his clients with a highly personalised service.

“The specialised attention and care we have been proud to give clients over the past few years will be enhanced, and able to be offered to more clients thanks to our integration into Rostron Carlyle Rojas,” Dean said.

“My team and I are excited to join RCR, given their stellar reputation and track record for growth.”

RCR criminal law team leader Tyronne Thomas has also been promoted to Partner.

Partner Paul Rojas said these developments reflected RCR’s commitment to growing its capabilities while remaining focussed on servicing clients from a range of backgrounds.

“We happily promote from within but are always on the lookout for outstanding talent and hardworking boutique firm owners looking to bolster their offering and share the extensive resources our firm can offer,” Paul said.

“Developments over the last few months show that we are committed to enhancing our expertise across all areas of the law to provide a well-rounded, full-service practice to clients big and small.”
