PC, membership renewals reminder

Queensland Law Society members are reminded that this year’s Practising Certificate and membership renewals will start on 1 May 2024.

In readiness for 2024 renewals, members can log in to myQLS and check that names, personal contact details and employment details are correct. Errors in your myQLS record may lead to delays in issuing Practising Certificates and issues with fees.

In the myQLS portal, go to Notifications/tasks section and follow the prompts to check and update details.

It’s important to ensure details are correct before the 2024 renewals period, however, for changes that happen outside of this period, details can be updated at any time in myQLS:

Updating contact and personal details

  • Login to your myQLS profile
  • Click the Update Details button in the My details section
  • Select personal contact details from the menu on the left-hand side
  • Check your mobile phone number, email and residential address
  • Update if necessary
