The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has released a new Practice and Procedure update following the passage of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Family Law) Amendment (2024 Measures No.1) Rules 2024.
The amendments take effect on Monday.
Following an update published by the court on 23 April in relation to forms, minor corrections have been made to Bond, Application for Consent Orders, and Application – Enforcement forms.
Minor updates have also been made to Certificate of Dispute Resolution and Warrant of Arrest forms.
