HopgoodGanim Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of specialist technology Partner Andrew Hynd, and a new Senior Associate, from 24 March.
A specialist in technology, data and privacy, procurement and probity, Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience advising both private sector and government organisations on strategic procurement and transformational technology projects.

Andrew has a broad range of experience advising on complex matters relating to privacy compliance and data issues, including data value capture, data breaches, software licensing, support contracts, and cloud computing, as well as intellectual property and other regulatory issues.

Senior Associate Jean Lukin will also be joining HopgoodGanim from Holding Redlich, bringing with her extensive experience advising government entities on contracting and probity matters related to large commercial projects, complex transactions, and high-value procurements.
