Career Moves: WGC Lawyers

WGC Lawyers is pleased to announce that Brendan O’Sullivan and MiRu Kim have joined the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.


Brendan O’Sullivan

Bringing experience from a Brisbane boutique firm, Brendan joins WGC Lawyers’ Dispute Resolution and Litigation team, offering strong skills in debt recovery, repossession, insolvency and litigation.

He handles matters for a range of clients in Australian state and federal courts. Outside of work, Brendan is a reservist with the Australian Army Reserves as an infantry soldier.


MiRu Kim

MiRu, originally from the Republic of Korea with secondary education in the US, joins WGC Lawyers’ Dispute Resolution and Litigation team, with a focus on building and construction disputes.

She advises industry stakeholders on contract matters, security of payment legislation, subcontractor charges, and QBCC issues, demonstrating a strong understanding of the local market.

Fluent in Korean, MiRu also brings prior experience in personal injury law and is committed to delivering timely and strategic dispute resolution.
