National firm McCullough Robertson Lawyers has appointed Hayley Mitchell as a Partner in the estates team in Brisbane.
Hayley joins McCullough Robertson from Cooper Grace Ward where she spent five years as a partner.
She has expertise in estate advisory work, superannuation death benefit disputes, estate planning and estate administration.
Hayley is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Succession Law and on the QLS Succession Law accreditation committee. She also specialises in self-managed superannuation funds. Her appointment advances the firm’s commitment to women in leadership.
