On 16 April 2025, the Executive Committee of the Council of the Queensland Law Society Incorporated (“the Society”) resolved to appoint officers of the Society, jointly and severally, as Receivers for the law practice Iconic Legal Pty Ltd, t/a Iconic Legal.
The receiver’s role is to arrange for the orderly disposition of client files and safe custody documents to clients and to organise the payment of trust money to clients or entitled beneficiaries.
