Dean Foley
Dean has joined Walker Webb following several years as a Judicial Registrar with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia’s Brisbane Registry where he undertook both list work and many, many dispute resolution conferences for both parenting and property matters.
Before his time at the court, Dean spent more than 15 years in private practice as a QLS Accredited Specialist in Family Law with some of Brisbane’s pre-eminent family law teams.
Dean’s thorough knowledge of the law and the court process, alongside his reputation for preparedness and desire to ensure everyone involved in the family law system is heard and respected, places him in an ideal position to assist parties toward resolution at the earliest possible opportunity and makes him a welcome addition to the Walker Webb team.
