Promotions include new Partner

McCullough Robertson has named James Lynagh as a Partner in the Insurance and Corporate Risk team based in Brisbane.

McCullough Robertson has announced the appointment of James Lynagh as a Partner in the Insurance and Corporate Risk team based in Brisbane, effective 1 July 2025, along with 17 promotions nationally.

James advises on a broad range of insurance issues including compliance, indemnity, liability, quantum, statutory entitlement and contribution, and acts for clients across the financial services, resources and mining, life sciences and local government sectors.

He also has expertise managing and assisting clients to achieve insurance claims resolutions.
