I was always taught you address a more senior Practitioner by his surname ( until they invite you to do otherwise. Nowadays it appears that first names are presumed for immediate usage .
I first met Paul over 30 years ago when he requested me to act as a Town Agent. Our paths would cross quite a few times over the years since then as we both acted for WorkCover Queensland. Paul was a true gentleman and always a pleasure to converse with. I am deeply saddened to learn of his passing and extend my sincere condolences to his family.
